So For the past 9 months, I've been living with a friend. I'll admit it wasn't the best decision I've ever made but hey, shit happens right. It was nice being able to come home to someone but at the same time when she hooked up with her now fiance, It drove me nuts. I became depressed, And with that came stress and over eating, plus she cooked every night and went through that much butter i'm shocked. Never mind though, I'm on my own again and so far, I feel lighter, happier and free. Now it's time to start my journey again. I have previously gone from 118 down to 93 then I gained it back and I'm currently sitting at 125kg. I'm appalled but my highest was 132kg. So I've already started in losing 7kg. Yay me. Here i'll be using this as an online diary, my measurements, what I eat, what exercise I do etc and any other updates I see fit. If you want to follow great, if you don't that's ok too.
