Did all the calculations, 7.1kg down from September (2 kilos of that in the past week) Around 16 pounds down and I've dropped my BMI by over 2.
I cracked the 118.9 kg today. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!
Officially lost 5 inches from my hips, 2 from my waist, 1 from my bust and an inch each off my legs and arms.
It's a very slow process atm for me but hell, if it's working, it's working! It's surprised me how much I've craved lettuce and tomato the past couple of weeks. I'm not complaining! Now to up my exercise from 3 times a week to 5!!!!
