Hello My Beautiful poppets

Yep, Its Shez here again, boring you with another update. Ok this one is more for me sharing another goal reached.

SO today's weigh in, (Yes I weigh myself everyday because it's a great way for me to stay motivated) I cracked the 120kg and am now down to *drum roll*      119.6kg.

No idea how that happened due to the fact that I ate over my calorie goal and ate junk food. I was aiming for 0.2 kg loss per day, and I'd been sticking to it until last night where apparently I lost almost a kilo over night! Such a win!

Also, I didn't realize until this morning that i've gone from roughly a BMI of 44 - 45 to 41. Now I know it's still really big BUT  again, I haven't been this small and this light in 2 years!!!! beyond excited right now.

I caved and bought breakfast this morning. A club sandwich. It's 1 and a half pieces of wholemeal bread with lettuce, egg, carrot, bacon, ham and cheese and a sauce. It's not the healthiest and it's not the worst thing I could eat. I was huuuungry but now that i've eaten it because it was the biggest breakfast I've had a really long time I feel sick....dammit! but that's ok, Means I can push lunch back a  bit cause I'll still be full! I used to pick at small meals but now i'm on 3 square meals a day and sometimes a snack in between. I'll probably be starting off with exercise 3 times a week until I get stronger....I've definitely let myself go on that part.

I guess we will see how tomorrows weigh in goes! I'd like to lose 0.1 tomorrow. It's not much but it will make me happy! very happy!

p.s. I'm glad that we have Casey and Ash on board now! we're a growing weight loss family!
