Goals, making them smaller!

So my list of goals....well here it is.

I had 57 days to lose, 5.7kg. It's now down to 50 days to lose 3.9 yup, that's going faster than expected.

I want to be 115kg by January, now I know that seems a lot but that gives me just over 6 weeks to lose 6.9 kg. I can do that, easily actually if I stick to it.

I know i'm probably going to cry when i reach under 120kg. My highest almost gave me a heart attack. over 130kg....wow. Not the best thing ever!

I also have a goal of by May 4th I want to be 100kg, now i'm happy with 5kg either side of that. as long as I fit in my shorts and dress/top thing I have for my ultimate goal clothes i'll be happy!

I measured myself yesterday as well, the numbers are getting smaller

Neck: 39.5 cm
Hips: 54.5 inch
Waist: 44.5 inch
Bust: 48 inch

I Know its not a lot of smaller measurements than last time but I'm also back down to 121.9kg. I've upped my water intake for this long weekend to 3 litres a day, kept my calorie intake at 1400 and done some exercise, not a great deal. It's a start though. I have today and tomorrow left off work! then it's back to the grind! I wanted to reach 122 by Tuesday, so....I did it a couple of days early. Now it time to lose more or maintain....either works for me.

Now I know a lot of you are probably thinking, I rely to much on the scales. In fact they keep me on the path. Yes If I lose some I feel great....If I gain some, I can be like well what I did yesterday was wrong, let's fix it. I have a lot of flab to get rid of. So while I exercise enough to maintain my muscles I also try and melt off the fat! I don't do it unhealthily. I do it right, I have fruit and vege, stick to 1400 calories a day. A lot of people do it unhealthy they only eat one thing or another and only have 800 calories a day. Yes you'll lose weight BUT  it's not sustainable and it will screw up your body. I'm happy with what i'm doing, I do wish i had more motivation for more exercise but once I lose a little bit more weight, it will be easier to move.

I noticed yesterday, I could cross my legs better. Sounds weird but I could, there wasn't as much fat in the way. yay winner!

Okays, enough rambling good luck guys on your own journey!!! check in and see you in a bout a week!

Whoops!

So this week was a total bust. We started on the shakes, but it won't be financially feasible to keep going with them right now. So just going to focus on the increased water intake, decreased sugar, lowered portions and exercise. We have a multi-gym thanks to Sherry, now, which we just need to finish reconstructing. I've also been battling my back this week, it's not happy with me right now, so that has made walking down to the school out of the question. I know most people would say to walk it off, but with mine, if it's aching to the point of constricting my abdominal and chest muscles just while I'm making breakfast, then there's no chance of trying to walk 2km. With tomorrow being a pupil free day, I have an extra day to hopefully relax my back enough to start back to walking down on Tuesday, but I don't want to jinx it. So right now we're just playing it by ear, but not totally off the wagon. Just being dragged along, still holding on.
It doesn't help that I'm being beaten up by my emotions, but like I said, I'm still holding on, not giving up on this just yet, although I've wanted to several times the past week.
