Progress

So I've been neglectful of the blog. And the weight loss, to be honest. Restarted just a couple weeks ago though, and am pleased to report that, with smaller portions, less carbs and sugar, and more exercise (bought a recumbent bike last weekend), I'm down 2kg already! We're only doing measurements once a month, we were just curious on Friday so we "broke and entered" into our neighbour's bathroom. You see, they're keeping track of our measurements and helping us stay motivated. So far so good. Let's just see how the progress continues!
