I have a body I'd like to be like.

OK so probably sounds weird, This is Kelly Clarkson's body admittedly but I would love for my goal weight to be somewhere around this size. I don't think i'll get there but i'm going to work on it! I'm thinking it will take me the better part of 2 years on top of what i've already done but that's ok because it will hopefully be easier to maintain in the long run! I don't want to be super skinny and all muscled, I just want to be smaller! here's the pic, What do you think?

Goal reached!

Woot, excited, So, Day 1 of my new challenge is completed, and I'm realizing how out of shape I really am even after losing weight hahaha, That brings me to my second point.....SQUEEEEEE I reached 115.8 kg. So another goal reached to get into the 115's in May, Actually I was setting 115 for June/July but I won't say no. Don't know if I'm going to stay at 115.8 or less but I'll work on it. I am aiming for 1 kg a month, but it seems that 12kg in 7 months isn't quite a kilo a month.

My New Challenge


I've decided I'm challenging myself to this, I also need to get gold stars so I can put it next to these!!! Anyone can join in! 30 days, bring it on. This is on top of what ever other Exercise I do during the day which atm isn't much so hopefully it will kick my ass!

So this happened.....

So yeah, This happened recently. I've gone from 132kg to 116.8kg, Still such a long way to go but.....HOT DAMN, I've started to hit the awkward stage cause I knew how to move before, but now that there's not gut in the way, well smaller gut, It's all Awkward. I'll get used to it though. 


This is exciting, very exciting. Next photo update I think when I reach 110kg. I was about to say if I make it and had to correct myself. I need to get out of those Habits.
