Goals, making them smaller!

So my list of goals....well here it is.

I had 57 days to lose, 5.7kg. It's now down to 50 days to lose 3.9 yup, that's going faster than expected.

I want to be 115kg by January, now I know that seems a lot but that gives me just over 6 weeks to lose 6.9 kg. I can do that, easily actually if I stick to it.

I know i'm probably going to cry when i reach under 120kg. My highest almost gave me a heart attack. over 130kg....wow. Not the best thing ever!

I also have a goal of by May 4th I want to be 100kg, now i'm happy with 5kg either side of that. as long as I fit in my shorts and dress/top thing I have for my ultimate goal clothes i'll be happy!

I measured myself yesterday as well, the numbers are getting smaller

Neck: 39.5 cm
Hips: 54.5 inch
Waist: 44.5 inch
Bust: 48 inch

I Know its not a lot of smaller measurements than last time but I'm also back down to 121.9kg. I've upped my water intake for this long weekend to 3 litres a day, kept my calorie intake at 1400 and done some exercise, not a great deal. It's a start though. I have today and tomorrow left off work! then it's back to the grind! I wanted to reach 122 by Tuesday, so....I did it a couple of days early. Now it time to lose more or maintain....either works for me.

Now I know a lot of you are probably thinking, I rely to much on the scales. In fact they keep me on the path. Yes If I lose some I feel great....If I gain some, I can be like well what I did yesterday was wrong, let's fix it. I have a lot of flab to get rid of. So while I exercise enough to maintain my muscles I also try and melt off the fat! I don't do it unhealthily. I do it right, I have fruit and vege, stick to 1400 calories a day. A lot of people do it unhealthy they only eat one thing or another and only have 800 calories a day. Yes you'll lose weight BUT  it's not sustainable and it will screw up your body. I'm happy with what i'm doing, I do wish i had more motivation for more exercise but once I lose a little bit more weight, it will be easier to move.

I noticed yesterday, I could cross my legs better. Sounds weird but I could, there wasn't as much fat in the way. yay winner!

Okays, enough rambling good luck guys on your own journey!!! check in and see you in a bout a week!

I'm still here!

So I've not made as much progress as I'd like. However, I've still managed about a 4kg loss so far, though only apparently 1 inch off around my waist. I don't know, I'm just letting it come off where ever it wants to come off. As long as my boobs don't disappear!
I was pleasantly surprised by my mother asking me if I'd lost weight last weekend. She's not normally one to notice, so it was nice for once.
Anyway, we're readjusting how we're going to keep track of our progress. We're going to focus on the waist measurements, any weight change will be monitored casually, since our scales are just... Very unreliable. So focusing on waist. I'm currently 112.5cm. I'm going to aim to get down to 107cm by Christmas. Nothing too dramatic, so hopefully easily attainable, yet still a decent loss. Small victories. Here's to a better self!

Photo update

So this is me today! I can see small changes but nothing dramatic.

This is me over the course of just over 5 weeks and as you can see, it's not going as well as I would have hoped. I mean don't get me wrong, ditching almost 3 inches around my hips and a couple round my waist is great, I just wished i could see the difference. I know i've been slacking off lately BUT on the other hand, I have managed to keep my weight at 123kg, only 3kg loss in general, fluctuates depending on the day if it's 123.7 or 123.3, either way, It's a start, now I have a new goal, I think I set the first one too high to start. I have 2 months to lose 5.6kg as of today! I know I can do it, It's just a matter of actually doing it!

I know I can, I just need a swift kick I think! any takers?

Well fancy that!

Ok so last night I was down and out after a week of eating junk food and no exercise!

Well blow me down the street and into the gutter I haven't gained that much weight wise. 123.2kg, I've actually lost size!!! 55 inch hips, 44.5 inch waist and 47.5 inch bust...40.5 cm neck, I wanna lose about 5cm around my neck! That would be nice haha. I wanna be about 52inch hips by january, and 42 inch waist and possibly a 45 inch bust (all gone from my back not my boobs) but who knows! I'm still starting over though! strawberries for breakfast, woot!!! I'm supposed to be going food shopping today, but the weather is crap and I'm stuck with public transport! booo.

anyways,
off again
Sherry

Ahh Crap!

Well, as Casey said, been slack and well I hit a patch where my head has been a bit screwed up and well I'm pretty sure I have gained all the weight back! BUT I'm still at 55 and a half inches around the waist so 2 inches smaller when I started. I guess that's a bit of a win.

I found a couple of things online and I'm starting over tomorrow with one hell of a work out, new food and a fresh mind.

Go 110 per cent for two weeks
Week one, you're on it because you're motivated. Week two is where the challenge lies. Two weeks of putting down the energy drinks and booze, exercising, and eating healthy foods is a challenge, but if you can pass that two-week hurdle, you're well on your way to eight weeks and success.
Create a diary
Every night, turn off the TV and write your food and fitness for the day in a diary. Trust me, your health is more important than the inevitable plot twist on CSI Alabama, and it will hold you accountable.
If you cheat, relax

Had a bender or ate too much? You cheated, but you can get it back. The problem is one bad day turns into three, four, or five in a row. Cheat, then train harder and eat healthier, and for next time, remember how cheating made you feel.
Do it with a mate
How cliché, eh? But it works. Grab your partner, mate, or co-worker. Get your whole damn department at work involved. Develop a healthy, herd mentality because teammates make change easier.
Focus on changing habits
You'll be asked to write down three naughty habits you will give up and three healthy habits you will adopt. This is simple, life-changing stuff. But can you do it?
Forget about 'spot change'
Whether you dislike your bum, tummy or legs … forget about it. Doing a million sit-ups for your stomach is 'spot change', and it's not the key to weight loss. Concentrate on functional movements and putting quality food and liquids into your system. Do what's right. Be patient, and your body will change.
Keep going
At the end of eight weeks, if you gave it your all, you can give it even more. It's not the finish line, but rather the starting line of a new, healthier life.
Cut the BS
You know what's holding you back. Cut the cord to the BS, and succeed in this challenge because you said you would. Promise yourself a better you – that's tough, but it's attainable.

So, It says 8 weeks, Id like to go for 12. I'm running out of time and I did lose motivation! Time to start over, at least if i'm trying it's better than not at all. Right?
