So this is me today! I can see small changes but nothing dramatic.
This is me over the course of just over 5 weeks and as you can see, it's not going as well as I would have hoped. I mean don't get me wrong, ditching almost 3 inches around my hips and a couple round my waist is great, I just wished i could see the difference. I know i've been slacking off lately BUT on the other hand, I have managed to keep my weight at 123kg, only 3kg loss in general, fluctuates depending on the day if it's 123.7 or 123.3, either way, It's a start, now I have a new goal, I think I set the first one too high to start. I have 2 months to lose 5.6kg as of today! I know I can do it, It's just a matter of actually doing it!
I know I can, I just need a swift kick I think! any takers?

Yes! You can do it!! :) Small goals, very good! Important not to beat ourselves up too much. We're readjusting the way we're looking at things as well.
